Poor service

I’m very disappointed in the service I received from Car Track Been a client for 5 years now and all I needed was to get another unit installed on my 3rd car and I was told the technician will call me to arrange installation since then I’ve been waiting. I tried to follow up yesterday and they put me on hold for a while until I ran out of airtime. I guess car track is making a lot of money that they no longer care if they lose clients.

I’m not sure if I will refer anyone to this company after being a loyal customers for 5 years!
