Poor service

Account department cannot sent me a mandate and I already have an active profile, I only wanted to add a new vehicle and the company found it hard to do so. Cartrack is very good however I feel like the employees are letting the company down. All I wanted was a new car to be added to my profile now I have to opt for new company while waiting for contract to expire on my existing profile. Clearly if you don't have a fleet you not valued.
