Poor Service

I phoned cartrack on Monday 28/09/20 for them to come and install a unit in my car, i was transferred form pillar to post by Katlego, i was promised that a manager will call me which i have waited for 3 days, i then had to call them myself and spoke to Kaugelo who again told me the manager will call me. This is a pathetic service from Car track, their service and what they are advertising is 2 different things, i wont recommend cartrack to any of my friends or relatives. Please do not use car track
