Poor service

Good morning

It's with great regret that I entered into a contract with this cartrack company,I went for a tracker installation after my car insurance broker refered me to these guys

A device was installed and conneced directly to my car battery terminals and since then I'm changing my car battery every month and had to rely on people to jump start me everyday till recently when I decided to disconnect the device and I haven't experienced any problems,this is very disappointing that a big company like this would provide poor workmanship and service I'll never ever opt for any other products of theirs after the whole experience.
