Poor service

I signed with Cartrack on the 30th of April, up until today the fitment of the device never done.. They have scheduled appointments 3 times and they never came and today the 12th I had an appointment to go for this fitment at their branch... My appointment was for 12 o'clock up until 13:40 I decided to leave because I didn't understand what was the appointment time for if I waited till that time without them working on my car...
