Poor Service

Worst service ever. I called in this morning to get roadside assistance which I am paying for each month, I was told I DO NOT have access to that service by one of the lady consultants. I let it be and I make means and had to pay someone to assist me because I needed help. I then call again just to clarify what are the services that I am paying for coz it can't just be for theft. I am told I DO have roadside assistance as one of my services on the contract, I did not get help on a service that I am paying for and on top of that had to pay someone else to do the service that I am paying for with cartrack. I need Cartrack to reimburse me the money that I had to pay or rather cancel the contract for the poor service that they provided. This really made me furious as I really needed their help.
