Poor service

I have been struggling with Cartrack now for 3 months to just fix my account. They owe me a credit on my account and it just doesn't get fixed then they over debit my account. And still I can't use my app because they say I owe them money. Asked for a manager to phone me that doesn't happen. Worse service ever. Every day emails and phone calls on sundays really rediculous
