Poor service

I would like to express my disappointment with your service. Since I was waiting for dash cam intsallation on 7 August, and it has now been almost a month without any update or communication from your side.

I have not received a call or any clear information about the progress of my dash cam. This level of service is very disappointing, especially here in the Northern Cape.

Because of the long delay and the lack of communication, I would rate the service as poor. I expected much better service and regular communication regarding my order.
