Poor service

Good morning hope you are well while mina I'm not happy at all,they threatened me of taking my account to there lawyers while they didn't do there job,so yesterday they phone me after I write to hellopeter and try to tell me how I must arrange my payment,I did ask the person to go and investigate on there side because my side I have a proof of payment so even today I'm still waiting for them to confirm my payment I don't know what to do now because they are drugging my name into credit record while I don't owe them 😊 I'm not happy at all,I will like to advice people please don't use any payment at any major retail because they will come back to you and they say u didn't pay as like me today
