Poor service

I will never recommend anyone to car track company, I took the package for r300 everymonth, sales consultant promised camera to view inside and outside and tracker , so when the technician came this morning connect outside camera and tracker only, I was not happy with package, contact support team and they promised to call me back after 15 o clock afternoon today,after done with call retrival, I never received any call till now , this is worse service and I dont want it anymore, very disappointed, just imagine within 24 hours, very angry customer , empty promises
