Poor service

Cartrack service is utterly appalling l. I have been been waiting for two days just to get feedback as to when they csn install my unit yet they gladly debit my account. Then the manager Darias from the scheduling department does not get back to me. I have tried for two days get feeedback but nothing. All that hsppens is that I am put hold constantly!
