Poor Service

It's a pity I'm forced to click on a star in order to continue but Cartrack doesn't deserve anything.I got a call from one agent making me aware that my contract is finishing and if I would like to renew it but gave an instruction not to renew anything and that I was never happy with their services.They continued to debit me despite my instructions saying there was no notes saying that but I told them of the recording its been 3 months now still awaiting for them to pull the recording 'instead I have been receiving threats and demands for money but no one say anything about the recording .
