Poor service

I won't refer anyone to this company, empty promises and installing wrong camera on my car, I have been complaining since last week Monday after installation, till now, I haven't received any feedback, and stuck with problem, I want to terminate this contract, support team they say I must wait for management feedback, this is very disappointing and very poor service
