Poor service!

My car was involved in attempted hijacking and I was unable to get further information from the driver as he was ****** of everything. I called cartrack to track the car location, consultant hung up on me 3times and the 4th,5th and 6th demanded the location of the car from me. This was on 11th of May to this day(1st June) somebody has just called to fix the unit in my car, that's if it will happen because yesterday May 31st was cancelled... Cartrack last located my car 29th April...
