Poor service.

It's been 4 months back and forth with this company regarding allocation of a payment made on 26th June 2025. Last time I wrote a review, Zandile April, CEO of allocations or escalation sent me an email requesting proof of payment, I sent to her including my bank statement showing the transaction, nothing was done. Till today, I get calls, texts and WhatsApps asking the same proof of payment I se.t them 100 times. This is pure incompetence on their side but I have to endure the harassment daily. Can't wait to March for the contract to end.
