Poor service

I had a tracker fitter about a week or 2 ago, since then I have been getting calls from tracker asking if the car is okay as they getting a battery signal. I tell them always that it is fine and that I thing the device might be faulty. Even now right after parking the car I get a call, they always say it has been escalated to the technical department for repairs however still today I have not been book. This is so frustrating because I even get calls in the middle of the night and I have to go check and ensure that the car is okay. I am not happy with cartrack, I am even thinking of cancelling the contract with them however they will be telling me that there is a penalty as this is a 3 year contract while they are not delivering.
