POOR SERVICE
Very disappointed with the level of service that i have received from Staff at Cartrack after my car was ****** last week on 25/01/2023 the rudeness of the staff members, now there coming up with stories, not pay for the insurance as they couldn't recover my car and I was paying for an extra money for this insurance. My account is up to date not even owing. The worse part i am the one that must do a follow they don't even car. I dont think Cartrack stand up to their service level. Cartrack have failed me as their client.

I have 4 accounts, i am told that my account has discrepancies meanwhile my account is all up to date, not even owing a thing. Even this month they did debit my account.
