Poor service
Very disaponted by the level of service I have recieved from Cartrack, half the unit on my fleet are showing offline, it has been four months but no one is doing anything about it, they have double debited me and they promised the money will be payback into my account and when i call and ask for the lady (Mavis in the accounting department) who made that promise, they say she is not working today, now I'm on hold for a manager [francinah libajoa] who is unable to speak to me reason.

15 Jul 2022, 16:05as expected more lies, the supervisor calls telling me that this takes 4-7 working days and no more 48hours that Mavis said, who do I listen to at this stage, at the begging of every call they say call are recorded but whenever you need to reference these calls you are told something different, I have policies that came back as unpaid due to this double debit, I have unpaid funeral plans insurance etc, I'm in areas and gaining interest since I have not paid till date, will cartrack take all these responsibilities should something happen as they taking this long to pay?
