Poor service

For the longest time, I have been very hesitant to dump Cartrack for their inefficiencies, I think I have case to do so now.

This is because the tracking device has been dysfunctional over period of 10 days despite having reported it more than five times with no any form assistance whatsoever. what is more painful is that they, in two occasions, scheduled for a repair but they never arrived and no explanation was provided whatsoever 😒 😒 😞 😞 😞

I cannot recommend their services to anyone.. All department are very ***********, from inbound call centre Agents, Maintenance, scheduling and their Social media Team ... Bad news 😞😞😞
