POOR SERV

A good Afternoon

Hello Peter I logged a call with CarTracker on Tuesday (02/05/2023) for my Director To come install a device on his new vehicle , they gave him yesterday’s date. From 9am till 18:00 he was waiting and on idle for these guys… We called them in the afternoon to follow up why they never pitched and they made an appointment for today and had the nerve to inform us that the Technician is on way to the residence as I type its 18:00 in the evening, no communication, no update, no apology… frankly it’s ridiculous considering we have other cars and we’ve given them our business. I’m very irate and disappointed at this service for such a big Company … We contemplating pulling our other cars that are covered by them makes you question their reaction time the day r cars have been hijacked
