Poor quality of service received from cartrack team

I am so disappointed at the poor level of service I received today from cartrack. They keep sending me from pillar to post and all I want was for them to install a tracker on my new vehicle since last week. They promise to call back and they never did, instead I am the one calling but no one is assisting. So DISAPOINTED shame! I am going to cancel everything with them
