Poor Quality

I would like to express my disappointment in the service that I received from your technician.

I had book my car for the tracking device repair seeing that it was faulty. the technician that came through worked on my car for hours which I didnt have a problem with; however, I left for work and on my way back as I was driving I noticed that my center console was falling apart, I actually had to park the car on the side of the road to inspect this.

I was shocked at the level of professionalism in the work that was done. I thought these people know what they doing when they break your care apart.

I eventually had to find someone to fix it for me because it felt uncomfortable driving around with my car in that state. I dont even know what else he broke that will still fall apart in the future. this is unacceptable and cannot be allowed. you have to leave my car the way you found it.

could you please make sure that there is someone that does quality checks on our cars after they have been worked on because the service that we get lacks exactly that, Quality.

I would like to request that the guy that worked on my car comes back and fixes what ever else that he might have left unfixed.
