Poor products and service

People. I will not recommend Cartrack to anyone. Very poor products and very poor service. I signed a 36 month contract with the for the R170 package per vehicle for my three vehicles on 25 March 2022. Not even a week in I started experiencing problems to such an extend that they had to come and replace their devices in all my vehicles. This did not change anything and I am experiencing the same problem to this day. I phoned them today to cancel my contract with them seeing that they are in breech of contract. However they are refusing telling me that I can not cancel. I even made contact with their CEO, but no help from his side either. They take my money every month for something I can not use.

Beware!!!!!!!!!!! They are the worst of them all!!!!!!!!!! And once they have your money, they don't care any further!!!!!!!!!!
