POOR, POOR SERVICE, DISSAPOINTED

I regret the day I joined. Car tracker they installed a device in my car and told if I exprienced battrey problem let us know of wich, I did, they called me and say they detected powerloss in my car reunalt and gave me wrong registration and I don't drive that kind of a car, and they keep debiting ,, I bought a back up device to Jumpstart my car, because everywhere I go and the moment I parked the car when I comeback I must Jumpstart,, it started when their,so called device installed,, Tracker please be honest with your customers and hire technician with passion Wth the job they are doing, I spent a lot of money replacing battrey,,, when I called you, you transfared me to more Than 6 consulted without any help, and you still get paid and bonuses for the poor service you are rendering out there, Stay away from cartracker,,
