POOR POOR Service CarTrack what a JOKE

CARTACK! the absolutely the worst company i have ever had to deal with, my mother wanted to cancel her cartrack contract she was told to fill in a cancellation form which we did on the 9/06/2023 but still the take debt order off from her account in my oppion this is *****ing it does not matter which way you sugar coat it she has spoke to Zandre which was not help she told my mom on the the 21 september will it be cancelled which is a f%**ing way more than 20 business day from the date we sent in the cancalltion form then there was Obakeng well we will just leave it there i dont have word for the poor manner i need this issue resolve and all the ilegal debt reverse or i will be left with no option but to take this further
