Poor Poor service and communication

I have been with CarTrack for over 3 years now and until recently (3 weeks back) when I experience an issue on the app that I called and i spoke with an agent who said she cant help but she promised the CarTrack technical will call me even today I have not been help. I just simply wanted to know why my car guard is not working so they can activate it or fix it as it is now festive season and I wanted to guard my car when I am at malls. I would never recommend car track to anyone close to me. Their service is very very poor.
