Poor planning and disappointment by Cartrack personnel.

Good day I was supposed to give minus on the ratings. I made appointments for the fitment of the two units in my cars, one for the 3rd of January 2025 in Polokwane Centre and another for the 6th of January 2025 in Pretoria at the working environment. On the 28th of December, one agent called me, threatening me that I was liable for R600 because I didn't notify them and didn't pitch for the appointment. I told the lady that my appointments were scheduled for the 3rd and the 6th. She then said she would come back to me, and she never did.

On the 2nd of January 2025, I got a message confirming the appointment on the 3rd at 10h00.

On the 3rd of January 2025 at 09h40, I was at the centre for the fitment of the unit. Upon arriving at the center, I was told the technician was on leave and no one could help me. I drove all the way from home, around 150km from Polokwane, coming all the way from Pretoria. The lady then called the scheduling Department, I spoke to Jacob Matlala and he tried to assist in getting the technician to come. The call dropped and Jacob never called again.

The lady at the centre called again and I spoke to the team leader who literally ran away and never wanted to speak to me and he sent Ayanda to tell me that he would call me.

I could not be assisted at all, and they were supposed to come to Pretoria to fit another car on the 6th of January 2025. They were so quick to tell me that I was liable for the R600 for their mistake. Now I have spent a lot of money on petrol, my time, and rescheduling some of my appointments because of their poor planning.

I would like to have my petrol money back.
