Poor performance and standard
2 Weeks ago I wrote my dissatisfaction on this platform with regards to Cartrack debiting money from my account. 2 days after posting this on HelloPeter they responded saying that an agent will call me back. Till today, 3 weeks later I have not received anything from Cartrack and till today they are debiting money from my account.
I encourage people not to trust Cartrack as they do not deliver as they claim. I am leaving them. I will ensure that my car is covered elsewhere.
