Poor management and organizing

I had an appointment on Tuesday the 9 for installation of a car tracker , technician to come between 8am-12 pm . I had to call around past 12 because no technician came and I was told that the technician is off sick A second appointment was done for Friday the 12th which is today, and I had to drive 470 km from where I was to the place of appointment just to be told that the booked me for a wrong technician so we need to reschedule for next week Tuesday
