Poor inexperienced service

Cartrack is the *****s misleading company they inexperienced consultants promoting the products in 2018 a young lady approach me with this R99 pm over on tracking my car 3days after they installed tracked i call them just to see if it works so i ask for a location on my car then they respond they can only give me an update of the last 24hours i query it and told them i was inform its a 24hour system then i ask to cancel i received a cancellation confirmation letter in 2018 now they have blacklisting demands for payments i phone send them proof that i dont have any business with them then a manager wil call me that they neva did this is so pathetic threatening me with blacklisting if i knew that the system they selling was that **** i would neva take the over bad so bad service
