Poor finance department administration that result bank charges extra more reversal charges.

Am very disappointed with the company and their representatives, since this pandemic situation started they have been calling me almost everyday asking me why am not paying my debit orders and I explain to each representative calling the reasons and all they keeping telling me that they update the system but the next hours or day I will receive a call from the same company with the same question and same answer.my big worry is they always every day try to deducted the money from the bank R 624.99 and the bank keep on returning the funds because there is nothing in the bank .and you must note that any reversal cost +-R150 if they do that almost every day twice and you calculate that they will give you lot of money and the million question is who will pay the bank that money after they called me and I explained ,I also what's up them and also called them.am very disappointed with administration of Car tracker company
