Poor device installation
Worst service ever, the technician by the name Mixo Ngoveni did not install the tracker properly when I call to test the device they say they can't pick up the device. The app also does not pickup the device. Are your technicians not well trained to do proper installation? I am still waiting for reinstallation. I am disappointed.
