Poor customer services and just want to take your money

So I have called Cartrack to cancel my contract with them and they provided the recording as proof. But still they want to charge me the full amount of R1,210 even if the recording states that I asked for a CANCELATION. Also they have hidden cost and also want to charge ANOTHER R310 for some labor fee

I will NOT recommend CARTRACK to anyone as call get cut-of (as per the recordings that they send to me) they just want your money and dont care about customers as when you want to call there call center to speak to a consultant they just provide adds and no assistance
