Poor customer Service that makes my life hell

I am not happy with the service i have been getting from cartrack. I have joined cartrack last year December and the service i was getting it was very poor so I decided to cancel my contract in February on the very same day I was told I owe the 2000 rand for cancelling the contract then I decided that let me not cancel and continue so now I owe the 2000 rand where will i get the money and I still need to pay together with my monthly premium. why do I still need to pay that amount where else my account it is still active, now my account it is in arrears and because of that I have been issued with Legal summons.
