Poor Customer Service & No Refund Process

Cartrack deducted R294 plus R235 from my account whereas I have a R120 contract with them and now they’re refusing to refund me my money and when I want to cancel this contract with them they’re denying. They say I should pay an amount of R2800 as a cancellation fee and that wasn’t disclosed to me when I joined. I regret joining with them they’re unprofessional and they’re holding me with them against my WILL!
