Poor customer service

I would to comment the poor service I received from Cartraker there two ladies who gave bad service. I wanted to open account they request documents I complete them I was waiting for tracker certificate they send me pillar to post. This two ladies are Nonkululeko Sibanyoni and Ayanda Matilweni they have poor customer service. They don't respond on emails I called and I was told they are on launch afterwards I was they have knocked off . The service is very terrible. I will recommend try other companies the service is really bad.
