Poor customer service

Cartrack wait for you to pay your account then Ghost you. After settling my account Tshilidze Nemaungani advised that my account is active for use however when I try to login i recieve now response. They can clearly communicate when they need something from you but when you need something in return they ghost you. No response to emails or whatsoever . It’s appalling customer service honestly. car track can I please have access to my account i have emails proving everything I have stated
