poor customer service by cartracker

was having issues with my device in qhich i was never helped for almost a year now in getting call everyday saying i must pay R900 ,my monthly installment was 230 nd ive got more than a year not paying. i wanted clarity of where did thy come to that figure no one seems to know..ive cancelled my contract but thy still debiting
