Poor customer service
Cartrack is bad services. I have been with them since 2018 and my monthly payments have not been reviewed. I have called them from Monday wanting to change my device or upgrade to include medical and roadside assistance. I was promised to be called back however I have not received any call... Including these two services and my installments will be at a reduced cost... Poor customer service
