Poor customer service and terms and conditions.

This is the most useless company you can ever opt for in terms of service. I had an accident and called in for them to cancel my tracker, and they are telling me that I needed to give them 20 working days to cancel as if I knew when I would have an accident and that my car would be written off. I took the cash option which means that I don't have a contract worth them and still they can't cancel it. On top of that, their consultants are very rude and impatient.
