poor customer service

I called in last year requesting my account to be terminated as my car has broke down and to be given the balance to pay once my account is terminated. incorrect balance owing was given and they promises to fix it. till today is not fixed and am listed with credit bereaur with the incorrect amount .no one is listening in this company.
