Poor customer service

Yeah no, this car tracking company is exceptionally useless. If you want to be given the run around, speak to various individuals that don’t have answers and you get told that they cannot Cc you in emails (as proof of their follow up with another department) because it’s a “Rule” then try using their service for sure.
