Poor customer service

I have been complaining for 3 months about mt device that doesn't work if we remove a terminal, I have been receiving rude people and funny only when they want payment they are able to call. They would not even try assist resolve the issues as it was a technical problem. The service was poor and they tell me that I owe them why should I pay for a service that is partially working?
