Poor customer service.

Poor customer service, it's been 3 weeks trying to communicate with them regarding something technician disabled, they keep on taking me back and forth. Tried calling, chatting with them but still, they keep on telling me it has been escalated to the relevant department. I'm very disappointed in them, I even regret choosing them.
