Poor customer service

I recently ordered a dual camera from car track amd the experience has been surprisingly very bad . I usually only have good things to say about car trak but lately my experience with some of their consultants is underwhelming to say the least. The camera was supposed to be installed today by Evans at 10:00 am, it's been over an hour, and still have not heard anything. I called the scheduling department and spoke with Thabang and Melissa very passive approach to the situation and dismissive.If you listen to all my recent calls with the call centre you will get what I mean. Like I said I usually have great things to say about car track and I have been with them for years but after these experiences I am reconsidering and may cancel this camera order all together.
