poor communication

Good day my name is Derrick Mthombeni ref MTH001300 took a contract with cartrack for 36 months which started from 2021 september which was suppose to end september 2024. to my surprise the cartrack are still collecting from my bank account.when i ask any reason i am told that i am on the month to month basis contract nobody has ever called to explain weather i want to continue or use month to month,currently i am receiving messages like an outstanding amonut of R180 is due if i dont pay my services will be suspended and my account will be handed over to the legal department for what i dont know as far as i understand cartrack is owing me almost R2,500 or more cause they are collecting money from my account without my permission. i am will be happy if they refund back my funds that was collected without my authorisation outside 36 months agreement
