Poor Communication

I've submitted both a query and cancellation form to the email listed on their website. No confirmation received as of yet so I opted to use their ticket tracking system, however... this simply doesn't load. I've tried three browsers, both a phone and pc and still no luck, which does not instill any confidence in me. And good luck trying to get hold of them telephonically.

I'll revise my review if they actually bother to get in touch with me this week.
