Poor client management

The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I was billed for 2 trackers for over a year when I only have one vehicle. A mistake was made between the dealership and Cartrack and no one thought of it to notify me of this until I figured it out. I’ve been calling back and forth for a refund or to at least put my account on hold it’s been two months now and I’m still “waiting for feedback” meanwhile they’re still deducting and calling me to collect debit orders. I refuse to pay for such poor and unprofessional service. I can’t even cancel my contract with them because of cancellation fees. DO NOT USE CARTRACK.
