Please stay away from Cartrack

Worst experience of my life. I never want to have to deal with them ever again. I regret ever paying for this service. I paid my installments as is required, they increased the premium without informing me. When I queried it, they stated that they would refund me over R6000. Now they call Me every month because I'm in arrears for R200. I clearly asked to speak to managers but nothing has been resolved. My response was that when I get my R6000 then I'll pay the R200 arrears.

I would encourage everyone to steer clear of this disgusting and miserable service that is not even good enough for animals.
