Please make them not to mess with anyone going forward and pay for putting my name in the mud...

I did report my car to car- tracker from last year and i did make my self clear to the manager Michelle and promise that the technician will come and fix it, I waited for sum time and i did call the again and i talk with Buitomelo and she said she can see the notes and she will make another notes again. I get a call from Aubrey form account and i explained why and he said the same thing that Boitumelo said and Aubrey transfer me to Meggy Malala(a fleet supervisor) and she promised me the same thing that Michelle said and i waited. i waited and i called, and i talked with C.Samuel from account said she is going to talk with Meggy Malala and she will get back to me, sad part she didnt get back to me. from last year till July this year talking with following people Vincent,Samkelisiwe Mabuza, Jee(fleet department),Francinah(account department) to the last person Noleeni and she said let talk to Meggy and i will call you after few minutes,and she did call telling me that Meggy she's busy. And i asked her to talk with the big boss and the answer i got his not at the office and the next day i called asking to talk with the big boss, the answer i got was his busy and his not picking up the call and Nolleni get back to saying that Meggy say the matter was handed to pretoria branch and the fleet report says everything is working and when i ask how come while i was calling from last year May and complaining about the money that you guys saying i have to pay. Sad part the money is R3248 and they're telling me that if i have complain about that i must take it up with pretoria branch while i was talking with them from day one i did put tracker in my car. The question i did ask was the communication break down from Pretoria branch and Head office at Rosebank where do i enter. so the answer was i have to pay and sad part is that they're did take me to attorney and i did explained my story to the lady who did called me, what she said was i must pay. Hellopeter my faith is in you to sort this matter for me cause its unfair and treated so badly and please my car-tracker to pay for putting my name in mud because of unprofessional people. i believe in you hellopeter and i cant wait to hear from you asap. The question is this since last year May till July all the people didnt see that tracker in my car its working and i did make it clear that if the tracker its not fixed i wont pay a cent from the first person and she said its ok and now they're wanna play smart with me. hellopeter sort this out.
